Communication Rights Guide (Action on Hearing Loss) – Posted December 2012

Communication is a key part of day to day life, from work, to education, to seeing a solicitor; being able to communicate with those around you is vitally important and something that most people take for granted.

Action on Hearing Loss is today launching the Communication Rights Guide. This guide gives informative, practical guidance to employers, trade organisations, qualifications bodies, and other service providers in the public, private and voluntary sectors. It gives advice and support about what rights people have to access communication and information under the Equality Act 2010.
